All paid CorporateSaathi services qualify, including company registration, GST registration, trademark registration, MSME registration, LLP registration, ROC compliance, ITR filing, GST return filing, and more. The referred person must purchase a service with a minimum order value of ₹2,999.
You earn ₹500 as CorporateSaathi service credit for each qualifying referral. There is no limit — refer 10 businesses and earn ₹5,000 in credits.
After 3 successful qualifying referrals, you unlock one free eligible compliance service (such as ROC annual filing, ITR filing, or GST return filing). The free service is subject to a maximum value of ₹4,999 and specific terms.
The ₹500 service credit is added to your CorporateSaathi wallet as soon as your referred person completes payment for an eligible service and their order is confirmed.
Referral credits can be applied to your own service purchases on CorporateSaathi. They cannot be combined with certain promotional discounts or coupons. Check our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Referral credit of ₹500 is issued per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral is when a new user signs up via your referral link and completes payment for an eligible CorporateSaathi service with a minimum order value of ₹2,999.
2. The free compliance service milestone (after 3 qualifying referrals) is subject to a maximum service value of ₹4,999. Eligible free services include ROC annual filing, ITR filing, and GST return filing.
3. Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and are non-transferable.
4. Referral credits cannot be combined with certain promotional offers or discount coupons unless explicitly stated.
5. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and forfeiture of earned credits.
6. CorporateSaathi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and the platform dashboard.
